Chris Arevalo

San Francisco based composer producer Chris Arevalo (AKA The Planet) has been writing and producing songs since 1978. His musical range covers Jazz, Pop, Techno, R&B, Funk and Rock. Chris has been involved with ASAP since 1982 when he was introduced to Michael Ortega while he was in the San Jose based funk band Rojas. They started co-writing songs and producing artists of all genre, including rappers Ben B. Hard, Vitamin C, Jah!, and singers Eddie Hall, Kirby Coleman, D'lyana, Fundi, Joe Fincher,Cubby, Bobby Leal and Jamie Ikida.

Chris Arevalo passed away on November 20th 2002
